On the day of your appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Wear comfortable, metal-free clothing (i.e., sweat pants, T-shirt, shorts, metal-free bra, etc.). It may be necessary to have you change into a patient gown depending on your exam.
Patients with Insurance
Bring your insurance information, including your insurance card, ID number, and group number. For workers’ compensation claims and automobile injuries also bring your claim number, the date of injury, and the name and address of your attorney. Also, you must bring the written order and any other paperwork your physician may have given you.
Patients without Insurance
If you have no insurance or have a high insurance deductible and you need to pay cash for your exam we can help. We are glad you have found us because you pay significantly more for your imaging exam at a hospital than you will pay at DOCs.
We have a relationship with a company that uses our accredited facilities to perform its imaging. Because they accept no insurance they are able to offer the lowest cash prices available.
